Fill the pot or vase with floral foam. Wrap the outside with twine, securing it with glue. Cut the heart shapes from cardstock or paper. Fold them slightly to give them dimension. Glue the wooden dowels to the back of the hearts. Insert the dowels into the floral foam. Arrange the faux flowers around the base of the sticks. Drape the pearl beads or strings from one heart to another, securing them with glue. Add the smaller heart decorations along the pearl strands or sticks with glue. Adjust the placement of the flowers and hearts to ensure a balanced and attractive display.
